Nourishment Note
Peaches are rich in antioxidants like vitamin C and beta-carotene, supporting skin repair and immune balance. When paired with raw honey, you invite digestive ease and seasonal alignment. Herbs like thyme or basil lend more than flavor, they offer quiet support to the nervous system, grounding you after a long, sunlit day.
